Do you let your dog loose in the streets for your own convenience? Because it’s easier than having to walk your pet?

I had absolutely no intentions of getting a pet - and then I found Buttons in the lane outside my building. He was a month-old scrappy, scruffy mutt who totally lacked any instinct for survival.

As a rescue myself, my blood boils when I see a misguided pet lover buying a cat, dog or even bird, from a pet shop or a breeder.

Buttons loves to talk and has a lot to say about the life of a rescue!
